Цель: Развивать, управлять заводом и персоналом завода в соответствии

Основные обязанности:
Развитие производства с "0" и текущее управление после запуска
завода;
Оптимизация, контроль технологических процессов и режимов производства;
Руководство коллективом;
Руководство заказом сырья, оптимизация затрат;
Ведение переговоров с государственными структурами в Ленинградской области
Ведение отчетности.
Требования:
Высшее образование (горное);
Опыт работы на горных предприятиях на руководящей позиции от 10-ти лет:
Опыт руководства людьми ;
Опыт управления производством;
Владение английским языком приветствуется;

Job Purpose: To develop, to direct, and to manage the plant and functional
teams of Orica's branch in alignment with regional and global strategies. The
Plant Manager is responsible for the safe and effective operation of production
assets and the effective management of functional support teams located in Leningrad
region.
Key accountabilities:
Responsible for the development and stabilization of Orica operations and
functional support structures located in Leningrad region
Provide a safe work environment and a proactive safety vision for Safety
Health Environment & Security operations and functional employees in Leningrad
region
Develop raw material supply arrangements and relationships to assure cost
effective raw material availability for the operation
Act as the primary government liaison assuring regulatory compliance and
regional support for the Orica operations in Leningrad region.
Attract, hire, develop, and retain appropriate human resources for execution
of plant operations, and administrative activities
Manage and oversee the plant staff
Requirements:
Essential
Degreed professional (Mining or Chemical)
10-15 years relevant explosives / industrial operational experience
Experience with safety, environment, quality, maintenance and training systems
Ability to plan, manage and control resources
Ability to work within a multi cultural environment
Excellent problem solving skills
Willingness to take and accept responsibility for all operational issues
Knowledge of relevant legislation
Desired:
English language highly desirable
Engineer with a minimum of ten years field experience in mining (quarries)
or related industries, prior management experience with Western owned, or
Western JV company structure.

Job Purpose: To consolidate Orica's position as the preferred suppliers
of civil explosives, initiating systems and mining services to the mining and
quarry and construction industry in Russia by providing superior services through
operational excellence in the areas of safety, environment, quality and cost
efficiency.
Key accountabilities:
Show operational and SH&E leadership in and adhere to Orica's policies,
procedures and standards.
Operational accountability for all Orica plants in Russia. Ensure the disemination
and compliance of procedures and guidelines set by the company in the areas
of safety, environment, quality assurance, reliability and cost efficency.
Ensure all operational personnel are trained and skilled to perform assigned
tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
Drive for continuous improvement and ensure best practice and learnings
are to all Orica business in Russia.
Participate in the investigation of serious incidents to ensure root causes
are established and all appropriate corrective actions are put in place
Monitor SH&E performance and improvement plans and provide consultation/coordination
of Hazard Study / Risk Assessment activities for Russia businesses
Liaise with senior management on the establishment and attainment of budgets,
schedules and overall target objectives

Five- seven years supervisory experience in the explosives/ mining industry

Job Purpose: To support the implementation of appropriate SHE&S systems
into the CIS & Baltics locations, plants and field sites; also to provide
advice, expertise and assistance to line management to ensure business operations
are conducted in a manner consistent with the Orica SH&E Policies and Standards.
Key accountabilities:
Champion SH&E values and behaviours at all levels of the organisation.
Develop, manage and communicate change and improvement strategies
Develop and coordinate training programs, in conjunction with Orica SH&E
network as appropriate and implement Group and Orica SH&E initiatives
Ensure regulatory compliance is maintained and monitored in the CIS &
Baltic states business
Oversee the investigation of serious incidents to ensure root causes are
